摘要
应用UG软件进行主轴箱建模,以CA6140机床主轴箱为分析对象,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench建立主轴箱模型,并对其进行模态分析和随机振动分析。通过对有限元计算结果的分析,得到机床主轴箱前六阶固有额率,得到机床主轴箱的应力和位移随机振动分析结果。这些分析结果为机床设计提供了依据,对提高机床主轴箱的设计质量具有重要意义。实践表明,对主轴箱进行有限元分析,能够有效地提高主轴箱设计效率。
Headstock is modeled using UG. Taking the headstock of CA6140 for research, finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to establish headstock model, and modal and random vibration analysis. With the analysis on FEA calculation results, the first six natural frequencies models of the machine tool headstock are obtained, as well as the stress and displacement of random vibration analysis. These results provide a theoretical basis for the machine tool design and manufactur- ing, and it is important to improve the performance of machine tool headstock. Practice shows that it can effectively improve the headstock design efficiency by the finite element analysis.
