Study on Human Capital Effects in Innovation Ability of Industrial Clusters

创新能力是产业集群发展的核心因素,从集群单个企业和集群内企业之间两个层面深入分析人力资本提升产业集群创新能力的内在机理,剖析专业化分工、知识外溢、集群网络对集群创新能力的推动作用,探讨不同类型产业集群和集群内不同类型企业在进行创新活动过程中面临的困难,提出相应的解决措施。

Innovation ability is the core factor of the development of industrial clusters. From the aspects of individual enterprises of industrial cluster and enterprises within industrial cluster, the paper deeply analyzes the internal mechanism of human capital＇s ability in improving the inno-vation ability of industrial cluster. The author analyzes the promotion function of specialized divi-sion of labor, knowledge spillover, and cluster network on innovation ability of clusters, and dis-cusses the difficulties in the innovation activities of different types of industrial clusters and differ-ent enterprises within clusters. Some solving measures are proposed.
