摘要
挤压速度是铝型材挤压过程中的重要工艺参数,对挤压产品的质量、模具寿命和生产率等具有直接影响。以一空心铝型材挤压件为例,分别采用恒定挤压速度和线性分布挤压速度两种模型进行其挤压过程的数值模拟,得到不同参数下挤压件温度变化和模具载荷的变化情况,研究讨论了挤压速度对铝型材挤压过程的影响,结果可为生产实践提供一定的理论指导与参考。
Extrusion speed is an important technology parameter which has direct impact to the quality and productivity of extrusion products and life of dies.It uses an aluminum hollow pipe profile as the example,realizes the simulations of aluminum hollow pipe profile extrusion processes respectively with constant extrusion speeds and linear speeds,obtaines the situations of the extrusion products' temperature distribution and the die load.Based on the simulation it discusses the influence of extrusion speed situation on the aluminum profile extrusion process.The results can provide theoretical guidelines for the practical aluminum profile extrusion process.
