摘要
近年来大气污染、极端天气现象频发,能源开发利用模式引起全社会普遍关注。随着经济社会发展,控制能源消费总量和调整一次能源消费结构任务艰巨,即存在资源、环境承载力等约束,又面临世界能源市场稳定的挑战。结合我国能源赋存和能源结构特点,围绕控制能源消费总量和推进能源绿色转型两条主线,分析了构建煤基绿色能源系统的必要性,探索性地提出煤基绿色能源系统的战略内涵。
Energy development and utilization pattern has aroused wide public concern for the frequent air pollution and extreme weather in recent years. It is a difficult task with the constraint of resources and environmental capacity and the challenge of facing the stable world energy market to control the total energy consumption and adjust the primary energy consumption structure with the economic and social development. This paper puts forward the strategic significance of coal based green energy system in depth by analyzing the necessity of building coal base green energy systems around the two main lines of controlling the total energy consumption and its energy green transformation with combining the characteristics of energy occurrence and energy structure in China.
