总结了准分子激光角膜屈光手术护理流程中存在的不足,从而在此类手术护理中引入了标准作业流程(Standard Operation Procedure,SOP),并通过它对屈光手术护理的步骤和环节进行流程优化、改进和标准化再造。经过一段时间的实践证明,采用标准化作业流程后,准分子激光角膜屈光手术护理的效率和精细化水平进一步提高,患者满意度提高,取得了较好的效果。故认为采用标准作业流程规范和优化准分子角膜屈光手术护理流程能够提高工作效率、减少感染风险和提高患者满意度。

This article has summarized various shortcomings found in procedure of excimer laser assistant corneal refractive surgery, and has introduced the concept of standard operation procedure （SOP）. Then SOP is used to optimize the nursing procedure, and car- ry out standardized reconstruction. Clinical practice found that optimization of procedure by SOP increased the efficiency of surgical care and minimized processing errors, and improved patient satisfaction. So the author concluded that optimization of procedure for ex- cimer laser assistant corneal refractive surgery according to standard operation procedure could increase efficiency, reduce risk of in- fection and improve patient satisfaction.
