摘要
对院前急救护理进行了论证,主要包括护士的组织管理、现场急救管理、转运和途中监护的管理、以及急救要素的管理等4个方面。认为规范院前急救护理工作和加强护理管理有利于工作人员的思想认识、法律意识、业务水平和服务态度等方面的提高,能促进护士更好地完成院前急救护理工作。
The pre-hospital emergency care are diseussed, mainly including pre-hospital emergency nursing personnel organization man- agemcnt, emergency management, transport and route monitoring, emergency management and elements of the 4 aspects of nmnagement. Thought the standard first-aid nursing work and nursing management helps to staff of ideological understanding, legal consciousness, service level and service attitude, improve emergency care, better to finish before hospital.
