工科高职院校学风建设长效机制研究——以南京信息职业技术学院为例

The Research on the Long-lasting Mechanisms of the Construction of the Style of Study in Vocational Engineering Colleges:To Take Nanjing College of Information Technology as an Example

依据高职教育的内涵建设,通过调研分析,概述了学风建设中存在的问题,提出制度育学风、校企合作反哺学风,榜样树学风、技能大赛促学风等措施,激发学生热爱专业,有效提高学习兴趣,使工科高职院校学风建设保持长效机制。

The paper investigated into the status quo,summarized the problems with the construction of the style of study,and proposed such steps as building institution,enhancing school-enterprise cooperation,setting up examples,running vocational-skill competition.We think that students will love their specialties,their interest in study will improve,and the construction of the style of study can thus be maintained.
