部分高校继续教育理念淡薄,教学管理机制不完善,聘任制度不合理,因此,高校专兼职教师依然存在知识体系滞后、道德素养欠缺、综合教育能力不高和师资结构比例失调等问题。为了实现培养现代型、技能型、应用型、实用型高级人才的目标,推进高等教育与经济社会发展健康发展,必须采取有效对策。

The part of the colleges and universities education concept continue to weak,the teaching management mechanism is not perfect,the employment system is not reasonable,therefore,colleges and universities s specialized teachers remain knowledge system lag,moral accomplishment,comprehensive education ability not lack high and the teachers structure imbalance.In order to achieve education modern,skilled and applied and practical senior talents goal,colleges and universities of the healthy development of economic and social development,must take effective measures.
