摘要
实验教学是高职院校实施实践教学的一个重要环节,随着课程改革的推进,项目教学法已逐渐成为实验教学的主导方向。在教学质量工程和创新型人才培养的背景下,对"发酵食品生产技术"的实验教学中实行项目教学法,引入项目任务教学模式,让学生独立去解决某个项目任务,提高了学生解决实际问题的能力,缩短了学生适应就业岗位的时间,取得了较好的效果。
Experimental teaching in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the practice teaching.With the curriculum reform,project teaching method has gradually become the dominant direction of experiment teaching.In the context of teaching quality engineering and innovative personnel training,application of project teaching method in fermented food production technology experiment teaching,the introduction of the project tasks in teaching mode,and allowing students to solve a project task independently improved the students' ability to solve practical problems,shortened the students' time to adapt to the jobs,and achieved good results.
