摘要
食品化学是食品科学与工程专业一门实验性和应用性很强的专业基础课。目前,各高校正通过各种形式来提高食品化学课程的教学水平。对于高校食品化学课程全英文教学的展开,有3点需要注意:一要明确目的;二要明确教师、教材、学生的特点及要求;三要保障教学成果。
Food chemistry is a professional basic course in food science and engineering.At present,the universities improve the teaching level of food chemistry course through forming.For teaching of food chemistry in English,there are 3 points need to note,a clear objective,characteristics and requirements of teachers,textbooks and students,guaranteeing of teaching results.
