Survey on KAP of Clinicians towards Potential Organ Donation

了解临床医师对于潜在器官捐献者协调捐献的认识、态度和行为(KAP),为人体器官捐献协调模式的建立提供参考依据。于2012年11月对某公立医院482名临床执业医师进行问卷调查。结果显示,有76.5%的临床医师不了解潜在器官捐献者的指征;大多数临床医师不了解器官捐献的时限、流程及救助补偿机制;65.4%认为多数潜在器官捐献者家属会拒绝捐献;59.7%表示不会主动向潜在器官捐献者家属提示捐献意向;而愿意在医院做兼职协调员的仅占51.2%。故建议将器官捐献纳入医师继续教育项目,明确潜在器官捐献者的评估指征,加强器官捐献协调员队伍的建设。

To understand the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of clinicians in relation to potential organ donors＇ coorama- ting donation, and to provide references for the establishment of the human organ donation coordination mode. The investi- gation was carried out among 482 clinical practitioners at one public hospital in November 2012. 76.5 % of the clinicians did not discern the indications of the potential organ donor. Most clinicians did not understand the time limit, process and compensation mechanism for organ donation. 59. 7% were not willing to prompt donations intention initiatively to the families of potential organ donors. Only 51.2% were willing to be part--time organ donation coordinators. This survey showed needs for more continuing education and training, especially on how to identify potential organ donors. The organ donation coordinators＇ team should be built.
