团体心理辅导在社区心理健康服务中的应用

Application of Group Psychological Counseling in Community Mental Health Service

团体心理辅导是通过团体内成员的人际交互作用,以发展成员良好适应行为、重建理性认知,提高心理健康水平的专业助人技术,具有经济、高持续性、支持性强等独特优势。文章综述了团体心理辅导在社区心理健康服务中的应用现状和存在的一些问题,提出了在社区开展团体辅导的方法和策略,并展望了团体心理辅导在我国社区心理健康服务建设中的广阔发展前景,以期为我国社区心理健康服务的发展提供新的思路和临床参考。

Group psychological counseling is a professional helping technology which develops good adaptation, rebuilds the rational cognition and raises the level of mental health of members through interpersonal interaction within the group mem- bers. It has economic, efficient, sustainable, strong supporting and other unique advantages. This article summarizes the application actuality and some problem of the group psychological counseling on mental health intervention in community, proposes the methods and tactics about applying group psychological counseling in urban community, and forecast the prospect of the group counseling in urban community mental health development, which is expected to provide new ideas for the development of urban community mental health service in China.
