在线加热冷榨法与其他方法生产山茶籽油的脂肪酸组成研究 被引量:3

摘要 用超临界CO2萃取、在线加热压榨和溶剂萃取3种不同加工方法生产山茶籽油,采用GC-MS分析山茶籽油成分。结果表明,3种方法萃取的山茶籽油的理化指标都符合国家成品茶油的一级标准。在线加热冷榨法榨油质量最好,同时配合超临界CO2萃取,可提高出油率,为最佳萃取山茶籽油的组合方法。超临界CO2萃取的山茶籽油共分离出18个峰,并检测出亚麻酸,其他两种方法首次检测出了棕榈油酸。3种方法均检出亚油酸,但未能测出VE和角鲨烯成分。 Extracting seed oil from canarium album by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction, cold pressing technology, and solvent extraction were compared in this paper. Camellia seed oil composition was analyzed by GC- MS. The oils extracted with the three methods were reached the first degree of national standard. The oil extracted by cold pressing had the best quality and together with supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction, this was the best combination method for the seed oil extraction from canarium album. 18 peaks were isolated and linolenic acid was detected by su percritical CO2 extraction. Palmitoleic acid was detected by the other two methods. Linoleic acid was detected by three methods, but vitamin E and squalene were not detected.
