家庭农场运作绩效的主要影响因素分析

An Analysis of the Major Influence Factors of Family Farm Performance

基于武汉市167个家庭农场样本的调查,本文通过构建模型实证分析了家庭农场运作绩效的主要影响因素。研究结果表明,家庭农场的社会资本对其经济绩效、社会绩效及生态绩效均有显著的正向影响;物质资本的投入能明显提升家庭农场的经济绩效和社会绩效;而人力资本仅对经济绩效的提升具有显著影响,对社会绩效及生态绩效的影响并不明显。

We discuss the major influence factors of family farm performance through developing theoretical model, based on the survey of 167 family farms in Wuhan City. Results show that the family farm＇s social capital has significant positive impact on economic performance, social performance and ecological performance; material capital investment can significantly improve family farm＇s economic and social performance; human capital has significant effect on economic performance, but the impact on social and ecological performance is not obvious.
