摘要
纤维素是重要的可再生纤维原料。改善再生纤维素纤维生产的可持续性,减少对环境的冲击是再生纤维素纤维生产商的重要任务。本文重点介绍了近年来再生纤维素纤维技术的新进展,主要包括熔纺再生纤维素纤维、生物酶纤维素直接纺丝工艺、原纤化制纳米纤维素纤维以及高附加值铜氨纺粘非织造技术等,并对我国以粘胶纤维生产为主的再生纤维素纤维行业提出了环境友好发展建议。
Cellulose is an important renewable resource for chemical fiber industry.For regenerated cellulose fiber producers,it is an unavoidable responsibility to improve the sustainability of products and reduce the environment impact of the process.Based on eco-friendly concept,this article introduced some advanced technologies and products of regenerated cellulose fiber,including melt spinning cellulose-based fiber,nanofibrillated fibers and high value-added spunbond nonwovens with cuprammonium fiber,etc.Furthermore,the author also gave some suggestions on the sustainable development of domestic regenerated cellulose fiber industry,especially the viscose fiber industry.
