西班牙蒙德拉贡模式研究综述——兼论当前中国农民专业合作社的发展

Review of the Mondragon mode in Spain——also on the current development of farmer cooperatives in China

西班牙蒙德拉贡模式是世界上公认的现代合作经济的成功典范,而农民合作经济的发展是中国未来农业经济发展的必然趋势。本文从国内外不同的视角对研究蒙德拉贡模式的相关文献作了系统的归纳和总结:国外方面,重点从指导思想、经济理论、管理模式、国际化背景等视角进行阐述;国内方面,分为实地考察研究性报告和非考察类研究两个方面进行综述。与此同时,从教育培训、制度设计以及多元化发展等方面提出当前中国农民专业合作社发展的相关建议。

Spain's Mondragon model is a successful example of modern cooperation economy recognized worldwide.While the development of farmer cooperative economy is the inevitable trend of development of China's agricultural economy, this paper gives a different perspective from the domestic and foreign to summarize literature about Mondragon mode.From abroad, this paper focus on the perspective of the guiding ideology, economic theory, management, international background and, from domestic, site study report and non-examine 2 aspects of the research were reviewed. At the same time, this paper gives some relevant recommendations to China's development of farmer cooperatives from education, training, system design to diversified development perspective.
