近来日本企业对中国农业企业的收购明显提速。日本4大财团的核心企业集体发力并购中国农业企业,收购的目标企业主要是中国农业产业化龙头企业,涉足的领域已从肉类延伸至原粮,进入的环节几乎涵盖全产业链,日本企业抢占中国市场布局中国农业企业的战略意图十分明显。因此,中国要深化对外资并购农业企业的认识,加强对外资进入农业的监管,加大对国内农业企业的扶持。

It is obvious that Japanese companies fast the speed of merger and acquisition Chinese agricultural companies in recent, especially the Japanese 4 consortia. They took over Chinese leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization, which ranges from meat to grain, and entered into the whole industrial chain, which indicate their strategic intents in Chinese market.The related parts must strengthen supervisions of merger and acquisition in agricultural field and gives more support to domestic agricultural companies.
