离子色谱法测定伏格列波糖片的含量

Determination of Content for Volibose tablets by IC

目的建立离子色谱法测定伏格列波糖的含量。方法分析柱：CarboPaeMAl分离柱（4x250ram），淋洗液：50retool·L～NaOH，流速：0．4mL·min-1，柱箱温度：35℃，进样量：10μL，检测方式：电化学检测器。结果在9．93μg·mL～-59．57μg·mL-1。浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=O．9987，平均回收率为100．96％，RSD为0．70％（n=9）。结论该方法简便，测定准确。

OBJECTIVE To establish the IC method for the determination of content for Voglibose Tab- lets. METHODS The analytical column was CarboPac MA1 （4 x 250ram） and the leacheate was 50mmol L-1 so- dium hydrate at a flow rate of 0. 4mL ~ min-1. The tmperature of column was 35~C. RESULTS The calibration curve of Vogtibose was performed over the range of 9.931xg ~ mL-~ ~ 59.571~g ~ mL-~ ,r =0. 9987. The average re- covery was 100. 96% and RSD was 0. 70%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and rapid.
