微波消解-冷原子吸收分光光度法测定甘草中汞的含量

摘要 目的建立甘草中汞含量的测定方法。方法采用微波消解。冷原子吸收分光光度法测定甘草中汞的含量。结果汞元素在0—1.8μg范围内其吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=O.9987),平均回收率为91.2%,ltSD=1.51%。结论本方法测定甘草中汞的含量,方法简便、快速,检测结果准确度、精密度好,能满足甘草中汞含量的测定要求,可用于实际样品的测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determinate mercury in glycyrrhiza. METHODS Micro- wave digestion-cold atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determinate mercury in glycyrrhiza. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0 ~ 1.81~g, the standard curve correlation coefficient figure was 0. 9987. The average recovery rate was 91.2%, and the relative standard deviations was 1.51%. CONCLUSION The method is simple ,rapid and the test results are accuracy, precision,which can meet the mercury content in gly- cyrrhiza requirements and could be use for determination of practical samples.
