Determination of Hesperidin in Baikejing Syrup by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定百咳静糖浆中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法以乙腈-0．4％醋酸溶液（18：82）为流动相洗脱，柱DiamonsilCl8（4．6~250ram，5μm），流速1．0mL·min-1，检测波长283nm，柱温40℃。结果橙皮苷在0．080-O．800μg范围冉成良好的线性关系（r=O．9998，n=5。结论本法简便、准确、重现性好。

OB3ECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Hesperidin in Baikejing Syrup. METHODS The determination was carried out with Diamonsil CIS （4.6 x 250mm, 5 ixm）, using acetonitrile-0. 4% acetic acid （18： 82）as mobile phase, at a flowrate of 1.0mL ~ min- 1 and detected at 283nm with column temperature 40 . RESULTS Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 080 - 0. 8001xg. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,and reproducible.
