摘要
目的建立测定芩香颗粒中甘草苷和甘草酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定芩香颗粒中甘草苷和甘草酸的含量。色谱柱为Thermo C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长237nrn,柱温为30℃。结果甘草苷的线性范围为0.615~4.305μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=9)为99.00%;甘草酸的线性范围为1.083~7.578μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=9)为99.23%。结论该方法简便,可靠、快速、重现性好,可用于芩香颗粒中的甘草苷和甘草酸的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of Liquiritin and Glycyrrhizic acid in Qinxiang Granules. METHODS The content of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid was detected by HPLC. The oper- ating conditions were Thermo C18 (4. 6ram ~ 250mm, 5.0l^m) column, the mobile phase consisted of Aeetonitrile - 0. 1% Phosphate with a gradient elution, and the flow rate was 1.0mL rain-l, the detection wavelength was 237 nm,the column temperature was 30C. RESULTS The linear ranges of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid were oh- mined 0. 615 4. 305 ~g ( r = 0. 9999) for liquiritin and 1. 083 7. 578 μg ( r = 0. 9999) for glycyrrhizic acid. The aver- age recoveries were 99. 00% and 99. 23% respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, convenient, rapid and reliable, which can be used for the content determination of liquiritin and glyeyrrhizic acid in Qinxiang Granules.
