营养状况对肺癌预后影响的探讨 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨肺癌患者手术前后的营养状况与生存期的关系。方法选取225例肺癌住院患者血液实验室检查,检测血红蛋白(HB),淋巴细胞(LY),白蛋白(ALB),甘油三酯(TG),胆固醇(TCHO)等指标与生存期的关系,研究其相关性。结果肺癌患者手术前的体质指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(HB)、白蛋白(AL.B)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TCHO)及手术前后血红蛋白(HB)、白蛋白(ALB)的差值与生存期无明显相关性。手术前淋巴细胞(LY)及手术前后淋巴细胞(LY)的差值与生存期存在相关性。结论肺癌患者手术前后良好的营养状况可以增强病人的免疫力,提高病人的生活质量,延长生存期,改善预后。
