摘要
以锻钢曲拐为研究对象,运用Deform-3D模拟软件中的成形模块对锻件模锻成形变形过程进行数值模拟,分析锻件毛坯在成形过程中的等效应力、等效应变和成形力。通过对锻后的锻件毛坯与工件进行对比,为曲拐模锻成形提供理论依据。
To take the forged steel crank as the research object, the numerical simulation is carried out for die forging forming process of the forging through forming module of Deform-3D software. The equivalent stress, equivalent strain and forming force are analyzed during the forming process of forging blank. The comparison between post forging blank and workpiece is carried out to provide the theoretical basis for die forging forming of the crank.
