大型锻件在生产过程中的主要质量问题是开裂,锻造开裂成为大型锻件以及某些高合金难锻材料发展过程中的一个瓶颈。采用理化分析、数学分析、数值模拟相结合的研究方法,加强对锻造过程中裂纹的控制,对大型锻件的生产与发展具有重要的指导意义。

The main quality problem for heavy forging is the cracking during production. It is a bottleneck in the development of the heavy forging and some high alloy hard forging materials. The research method combined with physicochemical analysis, mathematical analysis and numerical simulation has been applied to strengthen the control of forging process, which has important instruction significance for the production and development of heavy forging.
