摘要 目的探寻肺小结节在CT穿刺定位引导下的临床应用价值分析。方法在2012年1月22日至2013年2月5日时间段内,根据医院的临床病例档案中随机抽取242例曾经使用过CT引导下的穿刺定位病例进行数据统计分析。结果全部的242例患者CT引导定位下的穿刺全部获得成功,成功率达到了百分百,并且诊断的准确率高达97.37%,其中手术后有并发症的占23例(9.51%):出血状况发现8例、气胸症状的发现11例,有针道渗血状况的4例。结论肺小结节的诊疗中,通过引入CT穿刺定位具有理想的临床应用价值,不仅使得诊断的准确率提高了,而且此方法的费用经济、效费比高、安全性也得到了极大的改善,并且运用此法可有效减少并发症的发生,具有较大的推广应用意义。 Objective To explore the clinical value of pulmonary nodules in CT guided puncture positio- ning. Methods From January 22, 2012 to February 5, 2013, statistical data analysis based on randomized clinical case records in 242 cases of puncture positioning used CT under the guidance of the case. Results 242 patients were all the CT guided puncture all successful, success rate reached 100 percent, and the diagnosis accuracy rate as high as 97.37%, of which there were complications after operation accounted for 9.51% of the 23 cases : for blood found in 8 eases, symptomatic pneumothorax 11 examples, a needle tract bleeding condition in 4 cases. Conclusion Diagnosis and treatment of small lung nodules, with the ideal by introducing a CT puncture locating clinical application value, not only makes the diagnosis accuracy is improved, and the cost of this method is economic, cost-effective, security has been greatly improved, and the use of this method can effectively reduce and the occurrence of complications, has great popularization application of significance.
