摘要
目的了解危重症患者中心静脉导管现状。方法回顾性的对某三级甲等医院2012年12月至2013年5月在ICU住院治疗期间行中心静脉导管患者的病程、置管时间、中心静脉导管尖培养等进行现况调查。结果 144例中心静脉导管病例中,内科病例占30.34%,外科病例占69.66%;其中有36例患者做了中心静脉导管尖培养,占总人数的24.8%;中心静脉导管尖培养阳性率为2.78%。结论中心静脉导管尖端培养率低,应加强医务人员尖端培养意识。实现中心静脉导管的规范化管理。
Objective To investigate the central venous catheter in critically ill patients. Results Retrospective surveys were conducted in a three level of first-class hospital from 2012 December to 2013 May in ICU during the hospitalization of patients with central vein catheter indwelling time, course of disease, central venous catheter tip culture. Results 144 cases of central venous catheter in cases, cases of surgical department of internal medicine accounted for 30. 34%, accounted for 69. 66% ; of which 36 cases were central venous catheter tip culture, the total number of 24. 8% ; central venous catheter tip culture positive rate was 2. 78%. Conclusion The rate of low central venous catheter tip culture, should strengthen the cultivation of consciousness of medical personnel tip. To realize standardized management of central venous catheter.
