高职医学生素质结构体系的构建

摘要 高职院校培养的医学生具有很强的专业性、针对性和实效性,医学生的素质教育应该是与医学生的实际生活及将来的职业角色密切联系。了解高职医学生应具有什么样的素质结构,是开展素质教育的基础和前提。认为高职医学生素质包括互相渗透、互相影响依次递进的三个层次结构体系:基础性素质、职业性素质和发展性素质。 Medical students in vocational college are highly professional, targeted and effective. As a result, medical students' quality education should be closely connected with their real life and their future professional role. To understand what quality structure medical students should have is the basis and prerequisite for quality education. The author believes that medical students' quality system shall be structured on three levels as follows: basic quality, professional quality and developmental qualities, which interpenetrate each other and affect the progression in turn.
