医院国际合作管理浅析

目的提升医院国际合作的科学化管理理念,运用管理方法按不同类别对国际合作项目进行规范管理。方法对医院国际合作现状进行梳理与分类,运用实证调查、访谈与数据分析法发现问题,针对不同类别国际合作项目提出不同管理要求及对策。结果医院国际合作取得了一些成绩,但管理不够科学和规范,缺乏有效的评估及管理体系。结论对医院国际合作的管理应结合医院发展战略、人才梯队建设制定相应的发展规划,设专门的领导小组,专家小组,对国际合作进行系统的、全程的、动态的评估、干预及管理。

Objective To enhance the scientific management concept of international cooperation with Different, scientific management methods of international cooperation projects are used for standard management. Methods Combing with and classify the present situation of international cooperation of hospital, Using empirical investigation and data analysis for different categories of international cooperation projects to find problems and put forward different management requirements and countermeasures. Results Hospital international coop- eration has achieved some success, but there is not enough scientific and standardized management and lack of both effective evaluation agency and management system. Conclusion The management of the hospital international cooperation should be combined with the hospital development strategy, construction of talent team should formulate the corresponding development plan and set up special leading group and the expert group to proceed the whole process of systematic, dynamic assessment, intervention and management.
