试论明清小说与“柴氏公案”——以《杨家将传》、《水浒传》、《说岳全传》为例

On Novels of Ming and Qing Dynasties and "The Legal Case of Cai Family"

北宋代后周而兴,对前朝柴氏宗室做了特殊安排。后世小说家对此颇感兴趣,在《杨家将传》、《水浒传》、《说岳全传》等小说中分别塑造了柴郡主、柴进、柴桂等形象,间接表达了民间对"柴氏公案"的看法。文章钩稽相关情节,结合史实略加讨论,并尝试剖析故事背后的民心民意,以期为小说史、思想史的研究提供一个有意思的案例。

The novelists are quite interested in Cai family of Late Zhou Dynasty, and they have created the images of Princess Cai, Cai Jin and Cai Gui in Legend of Warriors of Yang Family, Outlaws of the Mursh and The Legend of Yue Fei, indirectly expressing the public opinion on ＂The Legal Case of Cai Family＂. This paper tends to explore the public opinion implied in these stories with the hope of providing an interesting ease for the research on the novel history and ide- ological history.
