摘要
男生进入学前教育专业学习,对改变婴幼儿教育中男性教育者缺乏的局面具有重要意义,但是在培养男生的教育过程中,管理者和教师在长期的教育实践过程中形成的"女性化"的教育观念、办学模式、课程体系等暴露出诸多的问题。要培养符合社会需要的男性学前教育工作者,就必须根据男生的性别特点和当今社会实际,在教育观念、培养目标、课程内容、课程组织与实施、评价标准等方面进行相应的改革和创新。
Male students studying Preschool Education are significant in meeting the shortage of male teachers in early childhood education. However, in the training of male students, there are a lot of problems caused by the feminized education concept, school -running model, curriculum system and so on. To nurture male preschool teachers that meet the needs of the society, a comprehensive reform of education concept, training purpose, curriculum, teaching method and evaluation criterion must be carried out in line with the characteristic of male students and social need.
