摘要
采用LC-MS技术测定并比较了在四逆汤中附子与甘草配伍前后3种双酯型生物碱含量的变化.实验结果表明,缺甘草四逆汤中3种双酯型生物碱含量是四逆汤中3种双酯型生物碱含量的2倍或更多,且存在显著性差异(P<0.01),附子配伍甘草后,其主要毒性成分——3种双酯型生物碱的含量显著降低.
In this paper, LC-MS is adopted to compare the contents of three kinds of double ester alkaloids in SND before and after the compatibility of radix glycyrrhizae. The experimental results show that the cont- ents of three kinds of double ester alkaloids in SND with glycyrrhiza are 2 times or more than that in SND without glycyrrhiza,and there are significant differences(P 〈 0.01). After the compatibility of glycyrrhizae in SND, the contents of main toxic components-three kinds of double ester alkaloids decrease significantly.
