Practice and Consideration of Agricultural Scientific Research Group Evaluation

随着中国农业科研管理体制改革的深化,对科技评价也提出了更新更高的要求。研究团队作为科研机构工作的独立运作单位,其科技评价也受到特别关注。本文以橡胶研究研究团队评价实践为例,分析研究团队评价的指标体系及实施效果,并对其中存在的问题进行了深入剖析,对进一步改进科技评价提出思考和建议。

Along with the deepen ing of agricultural scientific research management system, higher requirements was raised for scientific evaluation. As independent working unit of scientific research organizations, the evaluation of research groups attracts special attention. This paper, taking rubber research institute as an example, analyses the performance of evaluation and existing problems. Some consideration and suggestion about the evaluation have been put forward.
