摘要
文职教员是军队教员队伍的重要组成部分,其建设水平直接影响到院校教学质量和人才培养质量。它山之石,可以攻玉。美军文职教员的招聘工作具有招聘门槛较高、招聘途径多元、招聘程序规范等特点。这启示我军在招聘文职教员时应着眼长远,提高招聘要求;加强宣传,拓宽招聘途径;深化认识,改进招聘方法。
The civilian teacher is an important part of military faculty, and directly influences the quality of teaching and talent cultivation. Stones from other hills may serve to polish jade. Such characteristics as higher employ requirements, various employ ways and standard employ procedure are in the recruitment for US Army civilian teachers. It inspires PLA to improve the recruitment with raising employ requirements, strengthening publicization, extending employ ways and altering employ methods.
