首都经济圈河北六市发展能力比较研究

Comparative Studying of the Development Ablities on Six Cities of Hebei Province in the Capital Economic Circle

本文采用层次分析法、主成分分析法和系统聚类分析法,对2004年~2010年首都经济圈河北六市的发展能力进行了比较研究.首先,根据相应的评价指标对2010年六市的发展能力进行了分析,并依据发展能力的高低划分为较高发展能力、中等发展能力和较低发展能力三大类.其次,对2004年~2010年六市的发展能力进行了分析,表明各市的发展能力有明显的分异现象和不同的发展态势.最后,给出了提高各市发展能力的对策建议.

In this paper, the development abilities on six cities of Hebei province in the capital economic circle from 2004 to 2010 are studied by analytic hierarchy process, principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis. First of all, the development abilities on six cities of Hebei province in the capital economic cir- cle were analyzed based on the relevant evaluation indicators in 2010, and the results show that six cities of Hebei province can be divided into three categories, better development capabilities, middle development capabilities and worse development capabilities according to the level of the development abilities. Secondly, the development abilities on six cities of Hebei province in the capital economic circle were analyzed from 2004 to 2010, and the results show that the development abilities of cities have obviously differentiation phenomenons and the different development situations. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward to improve development abilities of the cit- ies.
