摘要
由于柔性生产线加工路线不确定性和加工方式的柔性,提前决定其工作路线并由之优化加工时间,既有必要,也很困难。针对此问题,提出了两种不同的遗传算法调度,即基于多层编码的遗传算法调度与基于工序编码的遗传算法调度,藉此解决车间的柔性生产线调度优化路径的复杂性。通过两种调度仿真的模拟比较确定了基于工序编码调度方案为柔性生产线的最优方案。
Since the flexible manufacturing system processing line is uncertain, and the flexible processing methods deter mine their line of work ahead to optimize machining time. Production line complexity is presented, based on multi-layer coding and encoding, and we can solve the flexible manufacturing system workshop scheduling optimization path of the complexity of scheduling simulation. Via two analog comparators the best plan has been got based on processes coding for the flexible manufacturing system scheduling optimal solution.
