Development Trends and Presumption of Rheumatism in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Field

目的综述风湿病学中西医的研究进展及发展趋势,探索我军风湿病学发展方向。方法检索近20年来中西医风湿专业英文及中文文献,结合文献对国内外风湿专业中西医的现状和发展趋势进行分析、归纳及总结。结果 21世纪风湿病学作为一门新兴学科,在类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、强直性脊柱炎等常见风湿病的病因、发病机制、诊断和治疗等方面取得长足进步,特别在风湿病的生物治疗方面成就卓著。中医药研究在风湿病病因病机、证型研究及治疗等方面也取得了可喜进展。结论风湿病学进入快速发展阶段。我军风湿专业要明确和突出特色,充分发挥中医药优势,不断提高医疗卫生保障能力。

Objective To summarize the latest progression and development trends of rheumatism in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine field in domestic and foreign so as to seek a breakthrough and theoretical basis for further development in our army. Methods Correlative literature of rheumatism in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine field published in English and Chinese in the past twenty years was retrieved, and the status quo and development trends of rheumatism in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine field were analyzed, summed up and summarized with related literature in domestic and foreign. Results In 21 century as a new branch of science, rheumatology had made a rapid progression in etiological factor, nosogenesis, diagnosis and therapy for common rheumatism such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus eythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis,etc, especially in biotherapy. Chinese medicine had also made better progress in pathogenesis, syndrome type and therapy. Conclusion Rheumatism in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine field is begining to the stage of rapid progress. Rheumatology in our army should have own characteristics, expand traditional Chinese medicine advantage, and improve ability of medical care assurance.
