maspin和Ets-1在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of Maspin and Ets-1 in Cervical Squamous-celled Carcinoma Tissues

目的探讨maspin和Ets-1在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化EnVisionTM法检测70例手术切除的原发性宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织及30例癌旁组织中maspin和Ets-1的表达。结果maspin、Ets-1在原发性宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织及癌旁组织中的阳性率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。maspin表达与肿瘤大小、组织学分级、TNM分期及增殖活性Ki-67显著相关(P<0.05);Ets-1表达与组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及增殖活性Ki-67显著相关(P<0.05)。两者在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论maspin和Ets-1与宫颈鳞状细胞癌的临床病理指标密切相关,两者共同参与了宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展,maspin低表达和Ets-1高表达均提示预后不良。

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of maspin and Ets-1 in squamous- celled carcinoma tissues. Methods The expressions of maspin and Ets-1 were detected in 70 pieces of primary cervical squamous-celled carcinoma tissue and 30 pieces of adjacent carcinoma tissue by EnVisionTM immunohistochemistry method. Results The differences of positive rates of maspin and Ets-1 between primary cervical squamous-celled carcinoma tissue and adjacent carcinoma tissue were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The maspin expression significantly correlated with the tumor size, histologic classification, TNM stages and Ki-67 expression （P 〈 0.05） ; the Ets-1 expression significantly correlated with the histologic classification, TNM stages, lymph node metastasis and Ki-67 expression （P 〈 0.05）. There was a negative correlation between the expressions of maspin and Ets-1 in cervical squamous-celled carcinoma tissues （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion The maspin and Ets-1 expressions closely relates to clinicopathological parameters of patients with primary cervical squamous-celled carcinoma. Both expressions of maspin and Ets-1 may take part in the progress of cervical squamous-celled carcinoma. The lower maspin expression and the higher Ets-1 expression may hint unfavourable prognosis.
