摘要
分析了ML40Cr合金冷镦钢线材的化学成分、非金属夹杂物、组织结构、力学性能及表面质量控制,介绍了通过生产工艺控制,得到了较理想的力学性能和金相组织。目前达到的实物质量水平,完全满足用户10.9级标准件的性能要求。
In this paper, the chemical compositions, non-metallic inclusions, structure, mechanical properties and surface quality control of wire rod for ML40Cr alloy cold heading steel are analyzed. By adopting production process control, ideal mechanical properties and metallographic structure are obtained. As a result, the present product quality can meet the performance requirements of customers standard parts Grade 10.9.
