摘要
采用Formastor—F型全自动相变仪测定了添加Ti、Nb微合金的-100℃级别低温钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),研究了试验钢在不同冷却速度下的显微组织形态。结果表明,随着冷却速度的增大,铁素体转变开始温度呈下降趋势,贝氏体的含量逐渐增多,硬度随着冷速的增大逐渐增加;通过试验钢的CCT曲线的测定为该钢的热处理制度和控冷工艺的制定提供理论依据。
The continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curve of the --100℃C low-temperature Steel alloyed with Ti and Nb elements is determined by the Formastor-F automatic dilatometer, and the micro- structure shapes of test steel at different cooling velocities are studied. The results thereby obtained show that with cooling velocities increasing, the transformation temperature of ferrite tends to fall and the con- tent of bainite tends to rise, and simultaneously the hardness increases slowly with cooling velocity increas- ing. The theoretic basis for heat treatment system and controlled cooling technology is formed by the de- termination of CCT curve of the test steel.
