摘要
高炉大修工程中炉壳施工一般为逐层拆除,逐层安装施工方法。按此施工方法,安装工期无法满足业主方高炉总工期要求。因此提出在高炉炉身搭设炉壳安装平台,将炉壳安装分为上、下两层同步进行。由于上层平台炉壳总重约108t,我们针对其受力情况进行了平台结构分析、设计,并对其进行了实施情况监控。
The furnace shell of blast furnace overhaul project is generally demolished and installed both with layer-by-layer. In this way, prolonged installation process cannot meet the plant's total time limit re- quirements. In this paper, it is proposed that the furnace shell installation platforms with upper and lower floors be erected so that furnace shell installation can be performed synchronously. Based on the fact that total weight of the furnace shell on the upper platform is about 108 tons, the paper analyzes and designs the platform structure according to their stress, monitoring the implementation.
