摘要
一支高铬复合铸铁轧辊在使用过程中发生断辊事故。轧辊出现了两处断口,断口表现形态各不相同。通过相关资料反复印证,确定了初始断口的产生,事故的发展,及产生的产生断裂过程,并通过此案例分析对预防类似事故的发生提供了参考。
A high chromium cast iron roller breakage accident occurs in use. It is found out that the roller has two fractures with different breakage forms. The causes of the accident and the development process are analyzed and identified by repeated related data. Through the analysis of the roller breakage, the reference for the prevention of similar accidents is provided.
