摘要
培训效果评估是培训管理的重要手段,通过对培训师的培训效果的评估,可以衡量培训是否达到预期目标,从而为培训项目的设计和实施提供有价值的反馈信息,为培训师培训工作深入开展提供决策依据。选择了某企业的中层领导人员培训班为研究对象,对培训师的培训效果影响因素进行研究分析,并对培训师提升课程的培训效果提出相应的建议。
Training effect evaluation is considered to be an important means of training management. The evaluation can determine whether the desired training objective is obtained so that the valuable feed- back can be provided for the design and implementation of the training. In this paper, with the medium leading cadres in a certain enterprise as an object, the factors affecting training effect is analyzed and relat- ed suggestions are put forward to upgrade the effect of training courses.
