摘要
高职院校现行薪酬制度虽然经历了六个阶段的变革,但仍然存在着一些弊端,这些弊端严重制约着高职院校优秀人才的选用和学校的可持续发展。通过分析高职院校现行薪酬制度模式,可加强改革措施的针对性。改革高职院校现行薪酬制度模式的弊端,要理论与实际相结合,遵循效率优先原则,改变传统的薪酬设计观念,创新高职院校薪酬制度体系,显性薪酬与隐性薪酬相结合等,以增强薪酬的激励功能。
Although the present pay system of higher vocational college has gone through six stages of reforms , some problems still arise, which seriously hinder the choice of talented people and sustainable development for the higher vocational college. In the paper, the patterns of pay system are analyzed. It is believed that to settle the problems of present pay system, it is vital to combine theory with practice, fol- low the principle of giving the priority to efficiency, change the traditional pay ideas, innovate the pay sys- tem of higher vocational college, and combine dominant pay with invisible pay to encourage the staff to have a greater incentive to work.
