摘要
从自立意识的层面探讨高职学生生涯规划与辅导模式,通过采用问卷法对广州民航职业技术学院500名在校学生进行心理自立与职业成熟度的相关性调查,通过分析结果发现:心理自立与职业成熟度呈显著相关,进而研究提出构建学校、社会、家长一体化的高职学生自主意识取向的生涯规划与辅导模式的构想。
