摘要
本文主要针对使用机械压力式温控器的电冰箱低温温度补偿部分的研究,通过分析机械压力式温控器的工作原理,设计可拆卸的低温补偿装置,经过多次试验和验证,得出一种满足系统性能要求的自限式电热带。同时根据我司圆形温控盒结构,设计电热带,确定其连接方式、接线方法。
This paper is mainly for refrigerator study of low temperature compensation Dart, which use mechanical pressure type thermostat. By analyzing the works of mechanical pressure type thermostat, design a removable temperature compensation device. After many trials and validation, we got a kind of self-regulating heating cable which can meet the system performance requirements. At the same time according to our circular thermostat box structure, we design band, determine its connections and wiring methods.
