阐述了国内外电力机车平台技术的现状,列举了一些产品平台设计的技术和方法,通过分析电力机车产品平台的设计方法和过程,对建立我国电力机车产品平台提出了建议。

This article expounds on the status of technique for electric locomotive platform in the world. Some technique and method are enumerated for the product platform design. By analyzing the method and procedure of electric locomotive product platform design,suggestions are given to establish product platform for electric locomotive in our country.
