系统论视角下美国创业教育对我国高职教育的启示

A Revelation of American Entrepreneurship Education to Vocational Colleges in China from a System Theory Perspective

创业教育是一个复杂的系统,需要高校、政府、企业等多方合力才能实现持续性发展。从系统论的角度分析,美国创业教育的成功得益于形成了高校、社区、企业良性互动式发展的创业教育生态系统,从价值取向、课程体系、文化营造、教育模式等多方面体现出了系统的整体性、层次性、相关性和开放性。借鉴美国创业教育成功的经验,探索了我国高职院校创业教育的发展定位、环境创设和体系建设。

Entrepreneurship education is a complex system,which requires the joint effort from colleges,government,enterprises and other parties so as to achieve a sustainable development.From the perspective of system theory,the success of American entrepreneurship education benefits from the entrepreneurship education ecosystem formed by the positive interaction among government,community and enterprises.And this special system reflects its integrity,hierarchy,relevance,and openness from the aspects of value orientation,curriculum system,culture construction and education model etc.Based on the successful experience of American entrepreneurship education,this thesis explores the development orientation,environmental creation and system construction in China＇s entrepreneurial education of vocational colleges.
