摘要
将企业管理中的目标管理引入教学管理能够非常清晰地确定教学目标的出发点,对于提高教师的工作质量、统一教师的思想认识、帮助全校教师形成合力和切实保障学生的学习质量等方面有一定的促进作用。
The introduction of target management which should have been used in business administration to teaching management can clearly set the starting point for the teaching goals,and is very effective in improving teaching quality,unifying thinking in teachers,helping teachers to form a cohesive force and guaranteeing the students＇ learning.
