摘要
提出了一种新颖的改进型多输出端差动差分电流传送器 ( MDDCC)及其 CMOS实现电路 ,用计算机仿真方法比较了 MDDCC和第二代电流传送器 ( CC )的特性 ;以 MDDCC构成了全差分式连续时间电流模式低通及带通滤波器 ,分析并模拟了所提出的滤波器的特性。仿真结果表明 ,MDDCC电路兼有差动差分放大器 ( DDA)和 CC 两者的优点 ,适于实现全集成连续时间滤波器。
A novel modified multi output differential difference current conveyor (MDDCC) and the related CMOS circuit are proposed. The performances of the MDDCC and the second generation current conveyor (CCⅡ) are compared through computer simulations.Continuous time low pass and band pass filters using current conveyors are built up. The performances of the filters are analyzed, and simulation results show that the proposed circuits are effective. The MDDCC circuits have both the advantages of differential difference amplifier and those of CCⅡ, and they are suitable for fully integration.
