摘要
转向系统的模态对汽车的NVH性能有着重要的意义,它的准确性对前期预测和优化有很大的影响。本文通过实验结果和CAE计算结果的比较,找出转向系统CAE与实验的模态误差原因,提出优化方案,从而对转向系统的模态性能提供比较准确的意见和指导。
steeling system has an important significance to NVH performance.Its accuracy gives a great deal of influence in preliminary forecast and optimization.In this paper,we compare the experimental and CAE results to find the error of the simulation and propose optimizations.Thus we can provide more accurate advices and guidance for NVH performance of steeling system.
